Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or play Arrow Riddle (the "game"), published by Tool Paradox ("we", "us"). By using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. What you may not do
- copy, sell, rent or redistribute the game or its art, sounds or code;
- reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law allows it;
- use cheats, automation or tools that give an unfair advantage or interfere with the game or its ads;
- use the game for anything unlawful.
3. Coins and items
Coins, hints, themes and similar items are virtual. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable. They live on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We may rebalance prices and rewards in updates.
4. Ads
The game is free and may show ads, including optional rewarded videos. Ads are provided by third parties. How information is handled in connection with ads is explained in our Privacy Policy.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop the game or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.
6. Ownership
The game, its name, logo, artwork, music and code belong to Tool Paradox or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms do not give you ownership of any of it.
7. No warranty
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suit a particular purpose.
8. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after an update means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
